Today my mom took us to see Cinderella at Hale Theater in Gilbert. I knew that Kiley was going to like it but I didn't forsee her pure elation! She was so happy. She danced and was so excited about every little thing. It wasn't like the cartoon so she kept asking when they were going to sing the songs that she knew. She quickly got over that and she really enjoyed the play. Shellee and Alyssa went too and Kiley and Alyssa were so cute together. Grandma got them little ribbon crowns and they sat together and chatted. They love going places together. They are great friends. So if you have the time you should take your little girls to go see Cinderella at Hale Theater. It is definately worth your time!

Wedding Bliss
Well, we had a whole weekend just to ourselves. My parents kept our kids while we flew to Utah for Andrew's little big brother Steve's wedding. It was so much fun to get to be together and not have to worry about the kids for a while. We flew into Salt Lake around 3:30 p.m. and then had to call my big brother Dan to find out how to get around Salt Lake. He got us to where we needed to be to meet our friends. First we met Brad and Tari York and their beautiful little girls. It was nice to be able to catch up and see them. Then we saw our other friends Steve and Robyn Peterson. We had a great dinner and fun conversation. It was a lot of fun. How to get them to move to Arizona.....
Steve's wedding was beautiful. He was so fun to watch all nervous and giddy. Amy was beautiful in her dress and they looked so happy. Someday I am really going to meet her. I didn't want to interrogate her on her wedding day so we will save that for Thanksgiving. They seem to be really happy. I am very excited for them both. After the wedding the Knudsens and our friend Chelsie all went to the movies and had a great time. I miss that girl. I am really glad we got to spend some time with her.
On Sunday Jen and Thomas invited us to go see the Tabernacle Choir sing for Music and the Spoken Word and then we went to the Museum. It was a really neat experience being in the Tabernacle and get to see them perform. What a treat! All in all it was a great weekend and I am very happy that we went. It was fun to reconnect with our brothers and sisters and especially Andrew and I. We acted like we were dating again and it was FUN! I am not so sure how much fun Grandma and Grandpa had but they said everyone was great. They did however, look extremely tired when we left :) Thank heavens for grandparents.

October Break!
I must say that I am officially exhausted! On Thursday I took the kids to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua and then we played in the fountain area in front of Cinemark for like an hour. The kids were in pure heaven. After that the kids got their very own library cards and we all checked out some books. It was a very fun and long day.
On Friday we went to the zoo with Shellee and her kids and Shellee's friend Sarah. We had a lot of fun looking at the animals. Wyatt saw a monkey like two feet in front of his face and started yelling at it. It was hilarious. To scare it he started growling. He is so funny.
Saturday we went to the gym and then washed all the cars and did yard work all together. That night we went to Kelton's birthday party all dressed up in costumes and it was really fun. The cousins were all there. Then we stopped by Nicole's house to see Shayde and Savannah. We love hanging out with those girls.
Finally, on Sunday we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house and while we were there we went for a walk. On our walk the kids recognized the Stephens new house so they begged to knock. I let them and we got to hang out there for a little while. While we were there Wyatt hit Dallin. I felt so bad. He is getting to be pretty rough and I don't know how to stop him. Poor Dallin didn't know what he was in for. Poor kid. My kids really miss 34th ward. We had a lot of really good friends over there.
That was our weekend and I can't wait to take a nap!

Scene It?
Our kids are constantly asking us if they can please play a "grown up" game. Lucky for us Scott, Tana, and Traven came over to help us celebrate Andrew's birthday and brought Disney's Scene It. I have got to get that game. The kids LOVED it and they were actually really good at it. I was rather impressed with both Cole and Kiley. Wyatt was in bed :). Lucky for us. We had a really fun night with our friends.
Also, Andrew's birthday also brought good news for our friend Jennifer Adams Ray. She delivered baby boy Kasey Quinn Ray at midnight. He was 8 lbs 15 oz. So cute.
After priesthood meeting Mom and Dad watched the kids while we went to a movie and when we got back Grandma was cracking up because everytime she told Wyatt he was bossy he would point to his temple and say "I bossy" he is figuring out eye and I sound the same. He is super smart and at times really surprises us. I am still amazed at his ability to hit and kick a ball. He is just so coordinated for such a little guy. Last night he hit Cole while we were driving in the car and when I turned around to talk to him he covered both his eyes and he said "DON'T HIT!" At least I know he hears me :)

It's Over!
So, we officially survived parent teacher conference week. I got some earth shattering news... I have chatty kids. :) I never would have guessed that my children would be talkative. I mean really, they are just so shy and would never disrupt a class. ;) I told the teachers we would try to work on that at home but really they have my DNA so they are bound to be a little chatty. Add Andrew's DNA and they don't stand a chance. We must harness this power for good. Both of their teachers love them and are proud of the work they are doing. I love that they love school and are both glad to have full time school. Parent teacher conferences are hard because they get out early and are so fidgety. Normalcy is all I need.
P.S. I took a 3 1/2 hour nap today while Wyatt napped so I feel GREAT!

Hello Sweety!
So, here is a classic Wyatt moment. We took Cole and Kiley to school and on our way home we stopped at Jamba Juice. When we get to the counter Wyatt says to the girl, "Hello Shweety" she laughed so hard and then gave him a free smoothie. How cool is that. I would take him to a car dealership but they are all men. It pays to have a talker! He is so much fun. I wish you could all see him. He is so tiny but he fools you because he is a big kid trapped in a little body. He plays with the kids. Most kids his age play by big kids but he needs to be included. I just like the kid. I guess we'll keep him

My Little Sport!
Wyatt was at my mom and dad's while I was at a doctor appointment. When I got back my dad asks, Have you seen Wyatt do flips? I say no. Just then Wyatt comes running around the corner and at almost full speed jumps and lands on his head and then rolls over. He smiles so big and warily says "sommersault" I can't believe it I freaked out because he could have broken his neck. He stood there so proud and then did it a few more times. Me and Gramma almost had heart attacks while Grampa kept egging him on. They are so funny together.
Wyatt also has a knack for sports. He loves to throw the ball and catches it. If he has a bat or something he can use as a bat he will hit the ball, and if you roll it he will kick it like a soccer player. People can't believe that he only just turned two. He is going to be awesome at sports. Andrew is already trying to teach him to wrestle and if you aren't ready he has a pretty mean takedown. :)
At church Wyatt was talking to the people behind us and I think he challenged and 80 year old man to a basketball game. According to Wyatt he already won. Then Wyatt counted to ten and said... I'll get you again! The man couldn't believe such a tiny kid could say all of those things. What can I say, He is with me all day. :)
