Hello Sweety!

So, here is a classic Wyatt moment. We took Cole and Kiley to school and on our way home we stopped at Jamba Juice. When we get to the counter Wyatt says to the girl, "Hello Shweety" she laughed so hard and then gave him a free smoothie. How cool is that. I would take him to a car dealership but they are all men. It pays to have a talker! He is so much fun. I wish you could all see him. He is so tiny but he fools you because he is a big kid trapped in a little body. He plays with the kids. Most kids his age play by big kids but he needs to be included. I just like the kid. I guess we'll keep him

My Little Sport!

Wyatt was at my mom and dad's while I was at a doctor appointment. When I got back my dad asks, Have you seen Wyatt do flips? I say no. Just then Wyatt comes running around the corner and at almost full speed jumps and lands on his head and then rolls over. He smiles so big and warily says "sommersault" I can't believe it I freaked out because he could have broken his neck. He stood there so proud and then did it a few more times. Me and Gramma almost had heart attacks while Grampa kept egging him on. They are so funny together.

Wyatt also has a knack for sports. He loves to throw the ball and catches it. If he has a bat or something he can use as a bat he will hit the ball, and if you roll it he will kick it like a soccer player. People can't believe that he only just turned two. He is going to be awesome at sports. Andrew is already trying to teach him to wrestle and if you aren't ready he has a pretty mean takedown. :)

At church Wyatt was talking to the people behind us and I think he challenged and 80 year old man to a basketball game. According to Wyatt he already won. Then Wyatt counted to ten and said... I'll get you again! The man couldn't believe such a tiny kid could say all of those things. What can I say, He is with me all day. :)

Labor Day Weekend

So, this past weekend, Cole was invited to a birthday party at the Diamondbacks game. Seeing as how he is only 6 we were nervous about sending him to a game with people we don't know. Andrew called Jarom's parents and we actually knew them! It was fun to get reaquainted. We ended up going to the game with them and had a great time. Cole got to go to the little field there and hit 4 out of 5 balls. Pretty good considering his eye problem. Kiley did really well with the teeball. Wyatt stayed with Grandma Knudsen and had a great time.
On Monday, the Jones' and Nicole with Shayde and Savannah came over for a barbeque. We had a great time laughing and telling stories. It was so much fun. It is great catching up with old friends. I highly reccomend it.

Life is Great

We are back in school and the kids are doing great. Kiley wants to read so badly. She said she is going to ask her teacher if she can stay in during recess so that she can learn to read today. I told her to take her time and have fun. Reading will come to her but she is determined. Cole on the other hand does not want to practice. Wyatt is running around and that is why Grandma Porter calls him "Buzz" he buzzes around trying to figure everything out. He is pretty smart. It is really fun getting to know him. Being the youngest I haven't been able to get to know his personality as well but now it is just us and he cracks me up. I hurt my back really bad this week and Wyatt keeps saying what wrong mommy what wrong? Then he shoves me and kisses my back. It is so funny. Cole keeps praying for me and I think it is working. You have to love a childs faith.

Wyatt and Mommy

I had no idea how much attention Wyatt needs. Kiley has always been here for him. He never needed my full attention for very long. Now that it is just the two of us I hear every 5 minutes "yook at this mommy" and if I don't "yook" he grabs my face and talks right to my face until I pay attention. The only reason that is funny is because I used to do the exact same thing to my mom as a tiny kid. :)

Meet the Teachers

We finally met Cole and Kiley's teachers. They start school on Monday. Cole has Mrs. Pace and Kiley has Mrs. Moya. They are going to have a great school year. I am really excited for them. Wyatt of course made a great impression on Kiley's teacher by yelling at her "I Want Ball!" For Cole's teacher he was a perfect gentleman saying "Hi I Wyatt." You never know what you are going to get with these kids.

We Survived

Well, we survived another round of the stomach flu. Wyatt had it first and it only lasted like 12 hours. Cole got it and threw up all over his bed MANY times. It was disgusting. We had to throw away those sheets. Then Kiley had it and I must say I was so proud. She made it to the bathroom every time. I thought she was going to sleep on the bathroom floor but she made it. Poor kids. They all have ear infections too. Yea us. I hope it is out of our systems before school starts. Oh the joy of being a mom. I think I slept 8 hours in the last 3 days total. Needless to say we are all exhausted.
